Terms & Conditions — nos12 Online Gaming Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the nos12 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nos12 platform.

Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. nos12 will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on nos12, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. nos12 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21+ across all product verticals. Proof of age may be requested at any stage.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of nos12, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You must not be self-excluded from the nos12 platform or any associated platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect.
6. You must not be registered on any national gambling self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction where nos12 is required to honour such a register.
7. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the nos12 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method. You undertake to keep this information current throughout the life of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory step before nos12 will process any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including following a significant change in deposit or withdrawal pattern. Documents typically required include:

• Government-issued photographic identity document (KTP, passport, or SIM — Indonesian national identity card, passport, or driving licence).

nos12 will never contact you by email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any such communication purporting to be from nos12 requesting these details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the account settings page.

nos12 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such losses result directly from a security breach within the nos12 platform infrastructure itself.

All funds on the nos12 platform are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fee is applied to any nos12 transaction. • These benchmarks apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the nos12 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, nos12 reserves the right to return funds to that same method before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

nos12 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fee charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a nos12 transaction is entirely the responsibility of the Player and is outside nos12's control.

1. Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
2. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
3. nos12 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Bonuses already activated by a Player at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the existing terms.
4. Bonus funds must be used within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
5. nos12 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings derived from bonus funds where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error.
6. Bonus terms are always displayed prior to activation. You are under no obligation to accept any bonus. Real-money deposits made without activating a bonus are never subject to bonus wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on the nos12 platform are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within each product vertical. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game or sport.

The following general betting rules apply across all nos12 product verticals:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with official competition results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, PT Liga Indonesia Baru for BRI Liga 1). In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook's published void and postponement policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nos12 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nos12 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all associated balances:

1. Creating or operating more than one Player account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
4. Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
5. Colluding with other Players, nos12 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the results of any competition hosted on the platform.
6. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of any sporting event on which bets are accepted.
7. Using the nos12 platform or payment infrastructure for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
8. Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

10. Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.

nos12's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nos12 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. nos12 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage.

nos12 is not responsible for any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game RTP figures, or incorrect promotional terms, where such error is corrected within a reasonable time upon discovery.

nos12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters a Player's rights or obligations — nos12 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to the Player's account and via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Non-material amendments (for example, clarifications of existing language, correction of typographical errors, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact nos12 support to close your account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Step 3 — Final Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed independent arbitration process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits nos12's right to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any breach of these Terms that causes or threatens to cause irreparable harm to nos12.
